Slipper purchase caused question made by Bill Me Later account inquiry

First, Bill Me Later  told me via e-mail:

  • The account used wasn’t mine.
  • The information entered was inaccurate.
  • The information entered was inaccurate. 

The customer representative from there told me on the phone Saturday, Aug. 11 that:

  • The error was theirs, not mine.
  • Everything on my account was accurate.
  • The apartment number was moved from line one to line two, but that never stopped the order from processing.
